Advanced Booking

Booking in advance is always a good idea. Tourists are often disappointed in the low season due to the small number of chauffeurs and punts available, and in the high season by the long queues. A booking will avoid both.

Whatever the time of day or year making an advanced booking for a private tour guarantees that you will have a punt available, to your requirements, when you want it.

At present we cannot take bookings online (this feature is currently in development). However if you get in touch we can discuss your booking and make arrangements.

Tour prices

Private tours

A private tour means just that, a boat to yourselves, not sharing with anyone else. You can book a punt for anywhere from 1 to the maximum capacity of the punt and the price doesn't change. For couples and smaller groups we recommend a private tour on a small punt. For larger groups we offer them on the larger ferry punts through the La Mimosa punt operators.

5 seater punt: Adults £60 on the day, £50 in advance
12 seater punt: Adults £120 on the day, £100 in advance

5 seater boat: Students £50 on the day, £40 in advance
12 seater boat: Student £100 on the day, £80 in advance

Shared tours

Shared tours leave roughly every 15 minutes throughout the day but not at set times (there is no point in punting an empty boat up the river!) so if you book to go on a shared tour we cannot book you onto a tour at a specific time but when you arrive we will guarantee to book you onto the next available tour.

Our prices for shared tours are as follows:

Adults £12 on the day, £10 in advance

Students £10 on the day, £8 in advance

Children £6 on the day, £5 in advance

Payment

Payment in advance can currently be made by cheque, cash or credit card. Payment on the day can only be made by cash or cheque accompanied by a valid guarantee card. Company cheques are accepted. We currently accept payment in Sterling and Euros.

All bookings must be accompanied by a 30% deposit. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any booking out of normal opening hours must be paid for in full in advance. Please see our terms & conditions for more details.
